A call ends with a commitment. An email adds a condition. A ticket records a problem, and a technical alert shows that an integration needs attention. Each source tells part of the customer's story.
The challenge arises when those pieces remain separate. We can answer a ticket and lose sight of the commitment behind it. We can deliver an improvement and still not know whether the customer's team can use it.
At Tecnicora, we are developing an internal Customer Success platform to maintain continuity across that story. Its purpose is to help our team achieve and verify the outcomes agreed with each customer.
A shared view of the work and its context
The design brings together information from Odoo, support tickets, emails, documents, meetings and monitoring signals. Each item retains its source, date and relationship to the relevant customer account.
Odoo maintains the project, task and support records. The platform adds context to understand the objective behind that work, which commitments remain open and what evidence we need to assess progress.
When reviewing a ticket, we can therefore relate it to an earlier conversation, a delivery or a recurring problem. This helps us ask better questions: is this an isolated incident? Is training needed? Does a process need reviewing? What is the impact on operations?
From conversations to verifiable commitments
Call transcripts and notes provide information that often gets lost between meetings: decisions, expectations, outstanding tasks and dependencies.
AI can help identify potential commitments and link them to the passage that supports them. The account owner reviews what was actually agreed, who needs to act, by when and how completion will be verified.
A suggestion during a call needs to be distinguished from a confirmed agreement. It is also important to preserve the original commitment when dates change or scope is renegotiated.
Emails complete that context: a response still needed, a clarification from the customer or a dependency that continues to block the next step.
Including what happens in the systems
Follow-up also needs signals from operations. Monitoring workflows built with Azure Logic Apps can provide alerts about integration errors, failed runs or checks that require attention.
We aim to bring these signals into the customer's context. A technical alert becomes more meaningful when we know which process it affects, whether a related ticket exists and which outcome it might put at risk.
For example, a failed synchronization may be related to inventory differences reported through support and a review commitment agreed during a call. Bringing these references together helps the investigation; the relationship must be verified before attributing a cause.
AI to prepare the work, with clear accountability
AI has a specific role: organize information, summarize context, flag possible relationships and prepare follow-up proposals.
Each recommendation must make it possible to review its sources and identify missing information. Our team remains responsible for confirming commitments, deciding on interventions and validating outcomes.
This approach also lets us choose different models and API providers according to each task's needs, the authorized data and the project's requirements.
Evaluating the outcome for the customer
The platform is organized around a sequence: define the expected outcome, gather evidence, decide on the next action and reassess after intervening.
If the objective is better inventory control, we need to verify what changed in that process. If we want to support Odoo adoption, we must observe whether people can do their work and where they still encounter difficulties.
We want to reduce blind spots: commitments without follow-up, unanswered emails, recurring incidents and deliveries whose effects have not yet been verified. When data is missing, that absence must also remain visible.
That is the purpose of our internal platform: to give each commitment an owner, each decision a foundation and each objective a way to be verified. For Tecnicora, Customer Success means accompanying customers until they can recognize the outcome they sought and sustain it in their operations.
